Simple digital refunds
If you purchased by mistake, bought duplicate access, or cannot access the product because of a technical issue we cannot resolve, contact support.
Refund window
Please contact support within 14 days of purchase and include the email used at checkout.
When refunds may be declined
Refunds may be declined where access was delivered and substantially used, or where the request is abusive.
No outcome refunds
We do not offer refunds based on test outcomes because the app does not guarantee a pass.
